There has just been a massive update that we wanted to make sure you saw immediately.

On December 19, the IRCC officially announced an indefinite pause for all new SUV applications starting January 1, 2026.  You can see the full breakdown of the news here:

🔮 The Opportunity

There is one final, narrow window remaining. Until midnight on December 31, 2025, designated SUV entities can still submit commitment certificates for qualified entrepreneurs. If we secure your spot by that date, we will then have until June 30, 2026, to file your formal permanent residence applications.

We have a very small number of spots available through a Priority Venture Capital (VC) fund. This fund invests $200,000 into the venture, and under the new IRCC rules, these VC-backed spots are now ranked as the #1 priority for processing of applications.

This is currently the safest and most reliable way to secure Permanent Residency. We expect these priority spots to have a processing time of approximately 36 months.

⏳ The Timeline

The clock is really ticking now. To get you through the door before the "reset" on January 1st, we need to hit these dates:

• Dec 31, 2025: Final cutoff for us to issue your Commitment Certificate.

• Jan 1, 2026: No new certificates can be issued by any organization, period.

• June 30, 2026: Final deadline to submit your actual PR application.

⏭️ Next Steps

Because our VC partner only has a few openings left for the year, we have to move quickly.
